Refund and Returns Policy for BeastMode-gear.com

Thank you for shopping at BeastMode-gear.com! We want you to love your workout apparel, but please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Exceptions (Limited Returns/Refunds Accepted)
We will gladly process a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
    •    The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., manufacturing faults like tears, faulty seams, or printing errors).
    •    We made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong item sent, wrong size shipped, or packaging/shipping mistake on our end).
If your order qualifies under these exceptions:
    •    Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem.
    •    We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return (at our expense via prepaid shipping label where possible).
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging.
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or replacement sent) within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are always non-returnable and non-refundable:
    •    Underwear, socks, or any intimate apparel.
    •    Items marked as “final sale” or clearance.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
We stand behind our gear—train hard and reach out if there’s a real issue! This policy helps us keep prices low and focus on quality.
